OKUPIED is a simple property management app for landlords looking to keep more organized and manage their business “on-the-go”. It helps collect rent, track expenses, payments, leases, keep copies of receipts, as well as receive notifications for any late payments and expiring leases. Financial reports help track tax write-offs and profitability.

OKUPIED is built with the individual landlord in mind to provide them with tools and abilities such as:

- Tenant portal for payments and rent history

- Reports can be downloaded and exported as a spreadsheet or

- Pass to tenant expenses, where tenant is responsible for the 
reimbursement
- Mark transaction amounts as paid, voided, or refunded (also 
supports partial refunds)
