Your only enemy in this game are pimples and you need click on them rapidly to get rid of them. The pimple you have to smash is on the tip of the nose.

Faster you smash the pimple, more power-ups you get. So, how fast can you make your fingers tap the screen? When you reach a certain count of clicks/taps, then you can purchase power-ups from the shop.
