Play BLUno

Play Bluno is an app that provides extreme ease for DIYers,Arduino enthusiasts,and home automation zealots to do demonsrations and tests with Bluno controller board via BLE(Blutooth Low Energy) communication. Specially designed for the Arduino-based BLE hardwares, users can easily learn to control and interact with a variety of functions with their phone. For example, displaying real-time temperature and humidity data on the phone,switching lights on/off or stimulating a full-color L_E_D light. It offers you a new way to learn and play with electronic devices via BLE communication.

Based on the Arduino hardware platform, it's quite easy for you to build a network and test your own system based on BLE. Play Bluno is first of its kind to solve the problem of communication between hardwares via BLE and is designed to change this situation.

The user interface of Play Bluno is quite clear and straightforward. The 7 areas are designed in correspondence with 7 key functions of the Accessory board,including an L_E_D LCD, a buzzer, a temperature and humidity sensor, a five-way button, a relay module, a full-color L_E_D and a knob. Once opened, the user can see directly the different key functions displayed in one screen. After establishing BLE connection, the user will be able to tweek and controll these functions on the Accessory board simoutaneously on the phone.

The Play Bluno and the related hardware design are completely based on the Open Source Hardware concepts. There is documentation and support for this modules. The designs, schematics and codes will be Open Source. Play Bluno will be also a good start for you in tackling hardware installations such as wearables. So for developers now that you have the software and the hardware, it's time to start creating your own things with Play Bluno, and make it whatever you like.
