Stroke Active was designed around the Patient, providing an affordable, secure, reliable and mobile rehabilitation platform. Both the Patient and Professional dashboards are highly intuitive and designed for all ages.

For Neuro Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists:
- Have patients connect directly to you (NHS and Private Practitioners).
- Manage your patients rehabilitation programs via our Task Manager and Video labelling function.
- Design or amend your Patient's program 'on the go'.
- Track your Patient's progress.
- Easily communicate with the Patient and other members of the team via their message board.
- Invite your existing Patients to Stroke Active using the invite button on your dashboard.

For Patients:
- Stroke Active is an intuitive and reliable platform.
- Your data is secure.
- Appoint up to two Patient Representatives (family members, carers etc) to support you throughout your rehabilitation.
- Maintain focus with our daily and weekly Task Manager.
- Track your progress.
- Replay videos for your bespoke exercises set by your therapists at your leisure.
- Communicate with your team via your personal Message Board.
- Invite any existing Therapists you have to use Stroke Active by using our invite function on your dashboard.
