Our doctors are available to consult in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Japanese, with
additional languages available upon request. If you are eligible, consults are free and available
as often as you require.

Two types of services are available:

(1) Video Consultations: book a video appointment with a doctor at a time that suits you
(2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation – the doctor will typically return your
call within 2 – 4 hours
